Our discussion on this interview is about urban core volleyball and what it takes for our urban core players to be successful at the higher levels of the game we go in-depth with what it will take for us to put in place the necessary tools and partnerships that will help our urban core girls reach their fullest potential those tools consist of local corporations that are in our communities to assist in the financial resources that it takes to go to the next level also Kansas City School Districts where the urban core is located to make arrangements along with our parks and rec systems to make facilities available in order to train our middle school kids in addition to having good coaches that can help our kids to billed the skill set that is necessary and necessary to reach their full potential which will enable them to ascertain college scholarships that is the goal.
