The UMKC men’s tennis made it a clean opening weekend sweep on Saturday with a 7-0 victory over William Jewell.

The ‘Roos (2-0) won every match in straight sets over the Division II Cardinals (0-1). Airam Castellano led the way again at No. 1, while Vinh Pham also took care of business at the No. 2 spot. The young lineup did what it was supposed to up and down as it gets ready to ramp up competition next week.
