Here are some of the streaks and records on the line for UConn in Tuesday night’s NCAA championship game against Syracuse:

_ UConn coach Geno Auriemma could win an 11th NCAA Tournament title, passing legendary UCLA men’s coach John Wooden for the most ever.

_ A win would improve UConn’s record in NCAA championship games to 11-0.

_ UConn’s senior class of Breanna Stewart, Morgan Tuck and Moriah Jefferson could win an unprecedented fourth straight NCAA championship. UCLA’s men won seven straight from 1967 to 1973, but that came during an era in which freshmen could not play.

Tuck, who lost most of her sophomore year to injury, could have a chance for a fifth next season. But, the redshirt junior is expected to announce after the game that she is declaring for the WNBA draft.

_ A win would give the senior class 151 wins (151-5), surpassing UConn’s 2011 class (150-4) for the most wins in NCAA women’s history.

_ Breanna Stewart already is the first Player in NCAA history to win three Final Four Most Outstanding Player awards. She has a chance to chance to win a fourth, a record that future players could only hope to tie.

_ A win would give the Huskies an overall NCAA Tournament record of 109-17. That would give them a record winning percentage in the tournament of 86.5 percent. The next highest is Tennessee, which is 122-27, a winning percentage of 81.9 percent.

_ Geno Auriemma’s 109th tournament win would put him three wins from reaching former Tennessee coach Pat Summitt’s NCAA record of 112 wins in the women’s tournament.

_ A win would give UConn 10 national championships during the 19 seasons in which they have been a No. 1 seed in the tournament.

_ A victory would extend the Huskies overall winning streak to 75 games. That is second only to a 90-game streak that UConn put together between November, 2008 and December, 2010.
