Born and raised in Topeka, Kansas, Woody Carter began his basketball career in the AAU spotlight. He continued on to play and graduate from Topeka High School and Benedictine College.
His pro career began with the world-famous Harlem Legends, a team of former Harlem Globetrotter greats and NBA stars. Besides competing and coaching, “Mr.” Carter travels the country
providing motivation and entertainment to audiences of all ages
