Today, Cascade Sports had the pleasure of interviewing Victoria Henson, a remarkable individual originally from Leavenworth, Kansas. Victoria’s journey in volleyball began with a scholarship to Iowa State University, where she excelled and became a Hall of Famer and three-time All-American. After a successful professional career, Victoria transitioned to coaching, where she has found immense joy in fostering a competitive yet fun environment. She is now entering her fifth season with the Mavs, and under her leadership, every Mavs team has qualified for nationals each year. The organization has provided invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In addition to her coaching duties, Victoria balances her role in accounting and serves as the Head Volleyball Coach at St. Teresa’s Academy. Her dedication and passion for the sport continue to inspire and uplift those around her.
