The City of Fountain Coaches Association dedicates this video to founding member Coach Calvin Wainwright, who devoted more than 40 years to serving our community—most notably through basketball. Coach Wainwright mentored youth across school programs and AAU, and partnered with organizations in the courts, education, and private sectors. Though he has passed, his legacy of service, discipline, and love for young people lives on. He was a true role model; may we honor him by “being the change” we want to see. This video offers a glimpse of Coach Wainwright’s impact.
