Cascade Sports enjoyed visiting Central High School to observe the Blue Eagles in action on the practice field. During our visit, we spoke with Trey Ammons, the linebacker coach for Central High School defensive backs, right on the field. Ammons shared his thoughts on the team’s progress, the challenges they face, and their goals for the upcoming season. His dedication and passion for sport were evident as he discussed the importance of teamwork, discipline, and hard work in achieving success on the field.
