On the weekend before the NFL season begins, Houston Texans Pro Bowl defensive end J.J. Watt is taking in a game at the home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Watt is watching his alma mater and his little brother.
Before becoming a first-round pick by the Texans in 2011 and a standout in the NFL, Watt played 26 games for the Badgers in 2009 and 2010.
Derek Watt is a 6-foot-2, 236-pound senior fullback for the Badgers. He’s a bit smaller than his NFL brother _ J.J. is 6-5 and weighs about 290 pounds.
J.J. Watt was also in AT&T Stadium two nights earlier, but like most starters for both sides didn’t play in the Texans’ preseason finale against the Dallas Cowboys.
